Job Summary
Ensure highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer while maintaining restaurant cleanliness, food safety, and inventory management. Train and develop team members, drive recruiting and retention efforts, and manage financial accountability to COGs and labor costs. Prioritize and organize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- knowledge of food service regulations
- Skillfully uses hand tools or machines needed for the position
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Be able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy and able to stand for extended periods of time
- Is able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
