Job Summary
Assistant Manager role focused on leading floor operations at The Chester Hill Hotel: manage a busy pub floor, support the Publican to run the venue safely and with high service standards, supervise a team of hospitality staff, build rapport with regulars, handle hiccups before they become issues, and bring energy, outstanding service, and a positive vibe to shifts. Requires hands-on duties including manual handling and lifting of stock, kegs, and deliveries. Demonstrated experience in bar, bistro, or gaming room settings and prior supervisory exposure requested. Must be comfortable leading a team, engaging customers, and representing the pub when leadership is unavailable. RSA and RCG/ARCG compliance is required per state regulations.
