Job Summary
Assistant Manager is a theatre hourly role responsible for operation and supervision of the theatre and its employees, serving as a Regal representative, training and supervising staff, performing staff duties as needed, operating projection and audio-visual equipment, ensuring alcohol certification when applicable, monitoring safety and risk, handling cash receipts, enforcing dress code, and assisting with management certification and ROM policies. Requires supervisory experience or theatre experience with Cast Certification Program, strong communication and public speaking skills, math and computer proficiency, ability to supervise and train staff, and ability to supervise costs and scheduling in a full-time capacity based in Greenville, SC. Includes responsibilities in staffing, coaching, compliance, guest satisfaction, marketing/promotions, and collaboration with management; benefits and pay information provided.
Required Qualifications
- At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, or a combination thereof, or, after showing potential leadership and/or management skills to theatre management, which is subject to VP approval.
- If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol according to state or local laws.
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
