Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe while handling hiccups before they turn into headaches. Lead a team of staff across the bistro, bar, and gaming room, maintaining elite standards and delivering service with energy and smiles every shift. Get to know the locals to foster a strong community connection and manage the floor during high-volume periods for family crowds and live sports. This hands-on role involves manual handling of stock, kegs, and deliveries as part of regular duties. Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently (manual handling and lifting)
- Current RSA/RSG/RMLV/Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements
- Experience supervising
- Confidence, pride, and people skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the bar, bistro, or gaming room block
- Prior experience as a manager
