Job Summary
Assist Manager on the floor of a high-volume pub venue, leading a team of hospo legends and ensuring smooth, safe service across bar, bistro, and gaming rooms. Support the Publican to keep the pub running with energy, great hospitality, and a positive vibe; handle hiccups, mentor staff, and represent the venue when the boss is away. Must be capable of physical tasks as part of regular duties and hold an RSA/RSG/RMLV/Approved Managers Licence as required by state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Current RSA/RSG/RMLV/Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements
- Experience supervising a hospitality team or leading a venue floor
- Ability to perform physical tasks (manual handling, lifting) safely and efficiently
