Job Summary
Lead the store daily by working alongside the Store Manager, taking charge during their absence, and guiding the team on the floor. Maintain service standards, manage opening and closing procedures including cash handling, and oversee stock management, displays, and seasonal changeovers. This Assistant Manager role requires a calm, confident presence with solid knowledge of store operations, supported by paid training, weekend penalty rates, and a staff discount.
