Job Summary
Oversee daily operational needs of a residence, directly support the people we serve and supervise Direct Care Staff under the Program Manager. Provide direct care to residents, ensure adequate staffing ratios, conduct performance appraisals, and uphold quality and excellence in services. Growth opportunities through internal promotion; focus on leadership development and empowering individuals with disabilities to lead independent lives.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- associate’s degree preferred
- NYS Driver’s License in good standing
- Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in developmental disabilities/mental illness/traumatic brain injuries/geriatrics
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
