Job Summary
Retail Assistant Manager at See's Candies Riverside location: lead the retail team under the Shop Manager to achieve sales goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities include setting a sales-focused and customer-focused environment, delegation and follow-up, resolving customer and employee concerns, training and developing team members, assisting in recruitment, ensuring policy compliance and safety, monitoring expenses and cash handling, maintaining accurate timekeeping and weekly payroll approvals, scheduling with District Sales Managers, managing paperwork, and other duties as assigned. Requires minimum 1 year of retail management experience, strong leadership, coaching, communication, merchandising, and the ability to drive sales and manage budgets. Pay is $27.93 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience
