Assistant Manager - Castle Hill Tavern

Assist in running daily operations of Castle Hill Tavern, lead a team of hospitality staff, and ensure the pub runs smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe. Learn the ropes of being a Publican while overseeing a busy venue with a high-volume Family Bistro, TAB and gaming facilities, beer garden, and events. Handle hiccups, drive energy, service, and smiles on every shift. This hands-on role involves manual handling and lifting for stock, kegs, and deliveries. The ideal candidate has experience in bar, bistro, or gaming room settings with some supervising experience, strong people skills, and the ability to be the face of the pub when management is away.
