Job Summary
Lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards daily. Serve guests directly to ensure fast, friendly, crave-worthy experiences while monitoring inventory, managing orders, and maintaining cash control. Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive sales growth, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction scores. Remove operational roadblocks and model hands-on leadership to build a high-performing team. This hands-on role supports profitability and brand standards within the Flame-Grilled Life, offering weekly pay, flexible schedules, and leadership development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
