Job Summary
Lead shift operations by serving guests, coaching Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and maintaining BK brand standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Monitor inventory, manage orders, and ensure maintenance to support profitability, cash control, and security protocols while driving sales growth, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction scores. Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to remove roadblocks and model hands-on leadership that energizes the team. This role requires at least 18 years of age, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments. Weekly pay, flexible schedules, and leadership development programs are available.
