Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at Burger King®, you will drive restaurant performance by leading shifts, coaching Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and upholding standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to enhance guest satisfaction, support sales growth and operational efficiency, while fostering a people-first environment focused on team development and operational discipline. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a commitment to guest experience and ongoing learning.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
