Job Summary
Lead shifts and coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators to uphold brand standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Serve guests directly while monitoring inventory, managing orders, and ensuring maintenance to support sales growth, labor efficiency, and cash control. Balance people development with operational discipline by removing roadblocks and modeling hands-on leadership. Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver consistent guest satisfaction and strong financial results. Requires at least 18 years of age, high school diploma, and 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments. Weekly pay, meal discounts, and quarterly bonuses available.
