Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at Burger King®, you will play a key role in driving restaurant performance and developing a strong team. This position involves leading shifts, coaching Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and upholding standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Essential responsibilities include creating great guest experiences, monitoring profitability, maintaining inventory control, and promoting BK® brand standards. Ideal candidates will have a leadership background, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of leadership experience
