Job Summary
Assist Burger King as an on-site leader, driving guest satisfaction and team performance. Lead shifts, coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members, uphold BK brand standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety, and support profitability through inventory management, asset orders, maintenance, cash control, and security protocols. Demonstrates hands-on leadership, clear communication, and a balance between people development and operational discipline to deliver fast, friendly, crave-worthy service and develop a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
- People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills
- Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions
- Commitment to guest experience, BK® standards, and ongoing learning and growth
