Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at Burger King®, you will lead shifts, coach and develop Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards. Responsible for driving restaurant performance, you will monitor inventory efficiently, manage orders, ensure maintenance is completed, and support key performance goals like sales growth and guest satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a people-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
