As Burger King Assistant Manager, lead shifts and coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators to uphold BK standards, drive guest satisfaction, and support profitability. Guide operations to ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while developing strong, high-performing teams. Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve sales growth, monitor inventory and cash controls, and maintain food safety and guest experience scores. Demonstrate hands-on leadership, clear communication, ownership, and ongoing growth to contribute to business results.
Required Qualifications
