Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at Burger King®, you will lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and ensure compliance with quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards. This role includes developing guest experiences and supporting key performance goals in sales growth, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED, along with 1–2 years of leadership experience in a relevant fast-paced environment.
