Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at Burger King®, you will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to enhance restaurant performance and build high-performing teams. Key responsibilities include leading shifts, coaching Team Members and Shift Coordinators, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting sales growth and guest satisfaction. The role demands a hands-on leadership approach, effective communication, and a strong commitment to guest experience and BK® brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
