Job Summary
Hands-on leadership role as a General Manager in Training (GMIT) at Hand & Stone Spa, focused on owning front desk operations, driving sales performance (membership, retail, gift cards, services), coaching the front desk team to improve conversion and guest experience, and developing staff. Responsibilities include supervising daily front desk operations, coaching and supporting the team to meet sales and service goals, promoting services and promotions, ensuring high-quality client interactions, and assisting the General Manager with operational execution, staff training, onboarding, reporting, and cash handling. Strong emphasis on leadership, coaching, and process improvement in a fast-paced, goal-driven spa environment with opportunities for internal advancement; experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus
