Job Summary
Manage daily financial operations by collecting rent and fees, processing invoices, preparing bank deposits, and enforcing lease terms to maximize revenue. Operate property management software, review resident files for delinquencies, and coordinate vendor payments with community manager approval. Act as on-site supervisor during manager absence by delegating tasks, overseeing maintenance make-ready, and handling eviction proceedings and court hearings. Process resident move-outs, resolve service complaints, and support leasing activities including applications and lease preparation. Ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal requirements while promoting a positive community image.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Strong Math Skills
- Drivers License
- Must pass Criminal History Record Check
- Must pass Drug Screen Test
