Job Summary
Manage staff schedules, monitor team performance, and deliver exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries promptly. Assist with inventory management, sales strategies, and staff training to uphold brand standards. Design, build, and decorate custom ice cream cakes with precision, manage orders, and maintain production quality control. Ensure a clean, safe environment and support scoop shop operations including scooping and cleaning. Collaborate on seasonal designs and promote sales goals. Full-time role in New Haven with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
