Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations and staff as Assistant Manager, overseeing daily service, coaching team members, and helping to run a high-energy, from-scratch cuisine concept. You’ll learn to manage a multimillion-dollar restaurant, develop and mentor employees, and deliver strong customer service. Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of management experience in restaurant industry
- proof of valid driver’s license
- able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand for 8+ hours
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
