Job Summary
Manage a team of 15 or more employees, coach staff to assume challenging roles, and interact frequently with customers in a high-energy restaurant environment. Lead the creation of fresh, made-from-scratch food while developing leadership skills through mentorship and hands-on training. Requires 2+ years of management experience, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Schedule includes flexible hours, early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and weeks exceeding 40 hours. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver's license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for 8 plus hrs.
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
- Experience interacting frequently with customers
- Experience coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Available to work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to easily interact with diverse employees
