Job Summary
Manage a high-energy restaurant team, leading, developing, and mentoring staff to assume increasingly challenging roles. Execute culinary operations by cooking from scratch, layering flavors to create masterpieces for customers, and maintaining the quality of a fresh, made-from-scratch concept. Oversee daily restaurant functions while interacting frequently with diverse employees and customers, requiring strong interpersonal communication and bilingual skills. This role offers 8 weeks of hands-on training to run a multimillion-dollar restaurant, with competitive pay, monthly bonuses, and paid time off. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver's license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for 8 plus hrs.
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Experience managing a team of 15 or more employees at a time
- Experience interacting frequently with customers
- Experience coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Available to work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to easily interact with diverse employees
