Job Summary
Manage a high-energy restaurant team, leading up to 15 employees while coaching them toward challenging roles and ensuring seamless customer interactions. Execute hands-on culinary leadership by running a fresh, made-from-scratch concept and mentoring staff to develop their skills. Handle flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and weeks exceeding 40 hours. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and at least two years of management experience. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver's license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for 8 plus hrs.
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
- Experience interacting frequently with customers
- Experience coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Available to work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to easily interact with diverse employees
