Job Summary
Entry-level management role overseeing day-to-day supervision of non-management associates in a C-Store environment. Responsibilities include supervising multiple non-exempt operation associates, assigning tasks, preparing daily orders, maintaining inventory levels and policy compliance, conducting on-the-job training, ensuring adherence to brand standards and health/safety standards, resolving routine issues, and providing coaching and feedback to develop subordinate shift Supervisors and other staff. Requires strong delegation, communication, and multitasking skills, with flexibility to work various shifts. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; must be at least 18; prior experience in food/beverage or merchandise operations at a supervisory/lead level is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Requires up to 1 year of job-related experience in low volume Food and Beverage or Merchandise operations or other related experience as a supervisor, lead, or entry-level manager
- Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills and the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrates knowledge of Applegreen’s policies and product, service, quality, equipment and operations standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Speaks, reads and comprehends instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents; communicates effectively
