Assistant Manager - C&S (Stamping)

Job Summary
Oversee stamping and forging production operations, plan daily production schedules for stamping and forging lines, supervise cold forging and high-speed stamping for precision components, ensure optimal utilization of metal coils and raw materials, monitor press machines and forging equipment, manage die setting and mould tool maintenance, coordinate with tool room for tooling availability, perform root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions, support quality audits and ISO/TS documentation, and ensure safety compliance while fostering continuous improvement in a global manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from B.E./B. Tech in mechanical / Production/ Metallurgy engineering
- 10 – 15 years of experience in stamping and forging operations
- Technical Skills Cold forging and high -speed stamping expertise
- Metal coil handling and press line operations
- Die Setting, Mould tool maintenance, and housing component production
- Knowledge of press machines, forging hammers, and hydraulic presses
- Command of reading and writing English
- Good working attitude and problem-solving skills
- Good analytical skill
- Team player
