Assistant Manager - Business Managers leading a team of Business (Account) Managers to deliver world-class customer service. Responsibilities include coaching and guiding team members, setting clear performance goals, removing barriers to success, driving continuous growth through constructive feedback, recognizing and inspiring staff, owning the customer experience, addressing escalated inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and ensuring delivery of results across revenue-generating activities. Required Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing customer care setting
- Experience with account management
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Proven ability to drive customer experience and outcomes through team development
