Job Summary
Be responsible for designing the insurance related system and functions, work with project team on implementation and deployment to support FWD strategic targets. Lead the system core functions and act as a product owner to ensure the product design aligns with user requirements across multiple markets and achieve business goals. Serve as BA lead to key business units and support project delivery in line with country product requirements. Translate user requirements into functional specs, lead the team to formulate solution proposals, conduct feasibility studies, participate in system design reviews, and collaborate with development to prioritize tasks. Build and maintain an insurance functions COE to ensure sustainable support across countries. Drive KPI-driven improvements in reusability, service availability, and overall product design in a cloud-enabled, agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ Insurance experience
- Experience on the insurance system and business analyst roles
- Ability to communicate and influence all levels
- Ability to transform customer requirements into technology requirements
- Get familiar with agile SDLC environment
- Excellent analytical and organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze issues, develop options, and solve problems, making architecturally sound decisions within the cost and risk parameters set by FWD
