Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for profitability, guest service, people development, and operations of a single Burger King restaurant; supports the Restaurant General Manager in managing daily operations and directly leads 20-45 hourly staff, including Shift Coordinators and Team Members. Focus areas include inventory management, asset maintenance, cash controls, guest service excellence, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring efficient preparation and timely delivery of products within speed-of-service guidelines. Requires 18+ years of age, HS diploma/GED, 1-2 years of QSR experience with management preferred, governance of P&L awareness, and strong leadership/guest-service skills.
