Job Summary
Support the Restaurant Manager in operating a million-dollar plus business focused on delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring long-term financial growth. Manage restaurant operations and staff, including execution of all company policies, procedures, and systems. Participate in the achievement of store objectives and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating ability to multitask, build teams, and train staff. Requires at least 2 years of supervisory restaurant work experience, open work availability, and excellent communication skills. Required Qualifications
