Job Summary
Assistant Manager leads restaurant operations, supports the Restaurant General Manager in managing daily operations of a single restaurant, and directly manages a team of 20-45 Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members. Responsibilities span profitability through inventory control, asset maintenance, cash control, and vendor interaction; drives guest satisfaction with accurate, fast, and friendly service; coaches and develops staff; ensures efficient prep and delivery of products within speed-of-service guidelines and adherence to brand standards. Requires at least 18 years old, HS diploma/GED (college preferred), 1-2 years quick-service experience, some P&L understanding, leadership, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management influence profitability
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
