Job Summary
Support the Restaurant Manager in operating a million-dollar plus business focused on delivering a positive customer experience and achieving long-term financial growth. Manage restaurant operations and staff, including execution of all company policies, procedures, and systems, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Participate in the achievement of store objectives and demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have at least two years of supervisory experience, multitask effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.
