Job Summary
Support the Restaurant Manager in operating a million-dollar plus business focused on delivering a positive customer experience and achieving long-term financial growth. Manage restaurant operations and staff, including executing company policies, procedures, and systems while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Participate in the achievement of store objectives, lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate experience in team building and training. Requires at least two years of supervisory restaurant work experience and the ability to multitask.
