Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations by assisting the GM with inventory control, cash handling, and maintaining inspection-ready standards across food preparation and dining areas. Recruit, train, and develop a productive team while strategically executing sales promotions, contests, and marketing activities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Coordinate labor schedules to ensure proper staffing and oversee cash management, reporting any unexplained shortages over $10 to leadership. Uphold all Department of Health, federal, state, and local compliance standards while analyzing performance trends to address operational opportunities.

- ability to research, discuss and report all inventory variances to the GM as early as possible

- ability to execute all marketing activities to include: POP, suggestive selling and new item training rollouts
- ability to assist the GM with schedules to assure all shifts are covered and properly staffed
- ability to coordinate daily assignments and activities of associates based on sales
- ability to assure proper execution of all cash management activities, including accurate cash handling, credit card processing and safety procedures
- ability to report any unexplained cash shortage over $10 to GM or District Manager (DM), Restaurants
- ability to keep Restaurant in compliance with all Brand standards
- ability to maintain and ensure a safe clean work environment
- ability to pass all internal operations training and paperwork audit
- ability to ensure all brand sponsored inspections are at or above brand standards
