Job Summary
Conduct daily restaurant operations under GM direction, including inventory management, cash control, and maintaining inspection-ready facilities. Strategically recruit, train, and develop a productive team focused on sales goals and exceptional customer service. Enforce food safety standards, manage labor schedules, and execute marketing activities like promotions and new item rollouts. Analyze sales trends to prepare action plans and address operational opportunities while ensuring compliance with brand and legal standards.
