Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash control, and maintaining inspection-ready facilities. Strategically recruit, train, and develop a productive team while coaching associates to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards. Execute sales generation plans by setting individual goals, organizing contests, and rolling out new marketing activities. Manage labor controls by coordinating shift assignments based on sales forecasts and ensure strict compliance with food safety, health regulations, and emergency response protocols. Analyze operational trends to prepare action plans that leverage store strengths and address areas of opportunity.

- ability to execute all marketing activities to include: POP, suggestive selling and new item training rollouts
- ability to assist the GM with schedules to assure all shifts are covered and properly staffed

- ability to assure proper execution of all cash management activities, including accurate cash handling, credit card processing and safety procedures
- ability to report any unexplained cash shortage over $10 to GM or District Manager (DM), Restaurants
- ability to keep Restaurant in compliance with all Brand standards
- ability to maintain and ensure a safe clean work environment
- ability to pass all internal operations training and paperwork audit
