Assistant Manager

Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Taco Bell unit provides coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operations to ensure a clean, hospitable, accurate, and profitable restaurant. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and packaging food and drinks, operating cash registers, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food prep and dishwashing, restocking, managing shifts and staffing, coaching and developing employees, hiring and onboarding, addressing safety concerns, conducting daily food safety and prep audits, monitoring inventory and cash procedures, assisting with scheduling, and analyzing sales and labor to meet margins and sales targets. Requires strong communication, basic math and reading skills, open availability, and legal right to work in the United States.
