Job Summary
Command the floor and support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe during massive Sunday lunches or high-energy nights. Handle operational hiccups before they escalate, bring the energy and smiles every shift, and get to know locals so well they think you're part of the crew. Lead a team of hospitality legends while learning the ropes of being a Publican, ensuring standards remain sky-high across the venue. This hands-on role involves manual handling of stock, kegs, and deliveries. Required Qualifications
- Current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently (manual handling and lifting)
