Assistant Manager - Buderim Tavern

Assistant Manager role at Buderim Tavern seeking a floor-focused leader to oversee service across the pub, bistro and sports bar, and to lead a team of local staff. You will connect with regulars, uphold standards across the venue, and support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe. The role is hands-on with manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties. You should have experience supervising in hospitality, a track record of leadership, and the confidence to be the face of the pub when the boss is away. Licensing requirements include RSA/RSG, RMLV and an Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements.
