Job Summary
Assist the Site Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient site performance while leading by example in customer service. Guide customers through the wash, resolve issues, and build loyalty through direct coaching on delivering great interactions and converting them into membership sales. Train and develop staff to uphold high standards, monitor equipment, and coordinate maintenance as needed. Stay actively engaged on-site in a hands-on leadership role, adapting to outdoor environments and varying weather conditions. Requires 1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs+. Must be available for weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Required Qualifications
