Job Summary
Manage 2 to 10 employees by assisting the store manager with scheduling, training, and maintaining morale. Ensure store assets, inventory, and cash are secured while preparing daily sales accounting and reconciliation. Maintain exceptional customer service standards through outside sales calls, merchandising coordination, and Ability One promotions. Coordinate with the BSC Director of Retail Operations on events and ensure adherence to legal compliance and safety policies. Perform outside sales calls and maintain a clean, orderly store environment. Requires a current driver's license, DOT certification, and physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two years of retail experience
- demonstrated managerial skills
- Basic knowledge of computer applications
- Proficient knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to project a professional image to the public
- organizational and mathematical skills
- Ability to coordinate and direct a variety of administrative activities
- Ability to establish priorities and meet operational deadlines
- Ability to plan, assign, supervise and evaluate personnel

- Current driver's license

- Ability to successfully complete required DOT driver's certification
- Ability to successfully complete DOT physical
