Job Summary
Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe while handling operational hiccups before they escalate. Lead a team of hospitality staff across flexible shifts, including morning trade, lunch/dinner service, and late-night closes ranging from midnight to 3:00 AM. Manage physical tasks such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries, and maintain high standards on every rotation. Bring the energy, service, and smiles required to keep the venue firing across all dayparts.
Required Qualifications
- current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements
- ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
- Employee Due Diligence checks which may include a National Police Check
