Job Summary
Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe while handling operational hiccups before they escalate. Lead a team of hospitality staff, manage manual stock and keg deliveries, and maintain high service energy across every shift. You will learn the ropes of being a Publican while supervising operations in the bar, bistro, or gaming room blocks. This hands-on role requires current RSA, RCG, and Gaming Licences alongside physical stamina for regular lifting duties. Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently (manual handling and lifting)
- Current RSA, RCG & Gaming Licence as per state requirements
- Experience supervising
