Job Summary
Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe while leading a team of hospitality legends. Handle operational hiccups before they escalate and bring the energy, service, and smiles every single shift. This hands-on role involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties, such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries. Candidates must hold current RSA/RSG, RMLV, and Approved Managers Licenses. Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently (manual handling and lifting)
- Current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements
- Experience supervising
- Confidence, pride, and people skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the bar, bistro, or gaming room block
- Prior experience as a Publican
- Experience leading a team of hospitality professionals
