Job Summary
Lead the restaurant team by recruiting, training, coaching staff, managing payroll and inventory, and conducting health and safety meetings. Drive overall productivity while building relationships with guests, team members, and senior management. Communicate the venue's vision by leading by example and maintaining high personal integrity and business ethics. Assist with additional duties as assigned to ensure timely completion of all assigned work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
