Job Summary
Support the Shop Manager in achieving overall profitability and ensuring smooth shop operations by providing leadership to retail staff. Drive sales and engage with customers while selling award-winning chocolate products and premium ice cream. Manage a team in a fast-paced environment requiring open availability for all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- at least two years of management/supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment
