Assistant Manager, BPC

Job Summary
Provide day-to-day BAU BPC support to LBUs using SAP, ensuring solutions align with regional templates and architecture standards. Perform incident and service request activities including diagnosis, troubleshooting, configuration changes, and vendor coordination to resolve issues while managing SNOW tickets per SLA. Execute change requests by developing scope analyses, updating documentation, performing unit tests, preparing deployment templates, and validating post-production releases. Support end users in system usage to enhance SAP proficiency and act as the GASC USC-Finance ambassador. Participate in project activities focused on BPC technical activities such as data extraction and package management. May require short-term travel, standby, and shift arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Accounting
- 5 to 8 years' relevant experience in regional solution / system support with SAP BPC focus across the APAC region
- At least 3 end to end project implementation experience in BPC
- Applied accounting / business knowledge in SAP BPC 10.0/ BPC 2021 system
- Proven business analysis experience with end-to-end Consolidations functions
- Good understanding of Budgeting and Forecasting processes
- Configuration experience with BPC (or comparable) consolidation tools
- Hands-on BPC functional, technical design and configuration
- Working knowledge of SAP BW
- Knowledge of the SAP FICO modules and ANAPLAN
- Experience with hands-on BPC functional, technical design and configuration is a must
- Strong VBA experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel functions
- Relevant SAP certification
- SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture
- Good communication
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- A strong team player with leadership qualities and a positive attitude
- Able to work extended hours when necessary
- May require short term travel, standby and shift arrangements
