Job Summary
Oversee a full-service dining room and restaurant operations across multiple locations, managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, interviewing and hiring crew members, maintaining food safety procedures, controlling labor and food costs, ensuring fast, accurate service, and delivering Gold Standard customer service. Requires high energy with extensive guest interaction, a 52-hour work week, and opportunities for advancement within nine franchised locations in Kansas and Iowa. Training includes a six-week MIT program to learn all aspects of the Village Inn system.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- college degree preferred
- Basic accounting principles
